In case you missed it: 🎓 I have a PhD in Mindfckry {{ subscriber.first_name }}…

Sometimes I joke that I have a PhD in Mindfckry Reader.

But it’s not a joke.

After decades of excruciating (and mind boggling!) personal experiences, education, observation, and working deeply with women navigating narcissistic, manipulative, emotionally confusing, and psychologically destabilizing dynamics…

…it’s not a joke.

What — and Who — I’ve survived is beyond any classroom or clinical.

But it brought me here …to you.

One of the hardest things about these relationships is that they don’t just hurt you emotionally. They damage your relationship with yourself.

  • They cloud your clarity.
  • They trick you into betraying your instincts and intution.
  • They cause you to question your memory.
  • They erode your confidence.
  • They destroy your nervous system, and give you autoimmune diseases and other conditions.
  • They make you doubt your ability to trust yourself and all you know.
  • High-functioning women are especially vulnerable to staying stuck in these dynamics longer than people realize — because intelligent women tend to over-explain, over-empathize, rationalize, self-reflect, and keep trying to “understand.”

Plus we’re strong, resilient and resourceful.

But meanwhile, your entire system is quietly deteriorating underneath the pressure of triangulation, manipulation, gaslighting, confusion, hypervigilance, grief, self-doubt, emotional inconsistency, and chronic over-accommodation.

I know this terrain intimately, and one thing I’ve learned is this: Healing is not just about leaving the dynamic. Healing is about reclaiming your relationship with reality and your Trust in Yourself.

It’s about…

  • Listening to your body.
  • Discovering the (real, and generational) patterns
  • Finding your voice (and knowing when to use it, and when to use silence instead).
  • Raising your standards, and keeping them, without guilt.
  • Listening to and harnessing your anger.
  • Trusting your instincts.
  • And Trusting YOURSELF again.

This is way deeper work than most people realize — or that many even think about doing in their lifetime.

It goes beyond the top three layers in my iceberg of change model (your behaviors, your beliefs, and your identity). This is rooted deeply in the bottom three layers: Ancestral, Cultural and Karmic.

But for myself and the many women I work with — and the legacies they leave — it changes everything, for the better. For generations.

And THAT’s why it’s worth it.

If this is speaking to you - message me and we’ll set up a time for a discovery call to see what supports your journey best.

"This is the most impactful work I’ve ever done.

We identified and recalibrated long-standing patterns — personal and generational — that were quietly influencing my marriage, my parenting, and my leadership.

My income has doubled! My marriage is stronger, my time with my children is more present, I have grounded friendships, and the anxious self-talk that once ran in the background is no longer in control. I have a level of internal steadiness I never had before.

This was the most decisive investment I’ve ever made in myself. I cannot imagine navigating my life from my former baseline. -Gretchen C., KS (Business Owner + Mama)

I forgive Reader. I forgive. And it has made me freer than I ever imagined. But forgiveness does not mean that I give indiscriminately anymore. For years, I confused the two. I thought being loving meant endless chances. I thought being compassionate meant endless understanding. I thought being kind meant endless access. It doesn’t. Today I forgive more easily than I ever have. And I am more selective than I have ever been. I forgive Reader. But I don’t ignore patterns. I forgive. But I don’t...

This may sound controversial Reader, but hear me out — Hope is NOT the vibe. Stop hoping. (Or at least stop living there.) Here’s why: Because we can get stuck in hope as if it were the destination. And for many women, hope becomes a hiding place. “I hope things get better.” ”I hope this is just a rough patch.” “I hope this relationship changes.” “I hope I stop feeling this way.” “I hope I find myself again.” Hope alone keeps you waiting. I’ve learned a lot through grief, loss, healing,...

Hi Reader, Today I’m sharing an insight from Dante's Inferno that stopped me in my tracks. In the Inferno, Dante encounters a sinner in Hell whom he knows is still alive on earth. Confused, he asks how this is possible. The sinner explains that after committing treachery, his soul fell straight into Hell while his body remained on earth, animated by something else. That image stopped me in my tracks and helped me understand something I’ve spent decades studying: Not all evil arrives looking...
